An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to work in TACT’s HR Department. Our HR team supports TACT to attract and retain the remarkable people that make TACT one of the Top 100 Not for Profit Companies to work for. We provide professional advice and services to managers and staff with the objective of maintaining a high quality, diverse, motivated and committed workforce. The role sits within a team of 3 HR Officers, reporting into the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager.
We are looking for an engaging, positive HR professional to join our high performing, customer focussed and friendly HR team. Overall, the post holder has responsibility for providing a Human Resources administration service to TACT and will have administrative responsibility for recruitment administration and workforce information systems.
You will have:
- Experience in a busy and fast moving HR department or able to demonstrate an understanding of an HR department’s duties and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and practical experience, including recruitment cycle and absence management issues.
- An understanding of contracts and the importance of getting it right and the recruitment processes.
- A good understanding of HR policy, processes and employment law.
