TACT Cymru young people, staff and carers will be hiking Pen y Fan the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons on August 18th and 31st to raise money to plant 2000 trees.
The young people at TACT Cymru came up with the idea after deciding that they wanted to do what they can to help fight the climate crisis.
