TACT CEO Andy Elvin appeared on ITV Anglia to discuss the urgent need for more foster carers in the East of England.
The special appeal was supported by TACT Patron and celebrity chef Lorraine Pascale, who recorded a video message hoping to inspire more people to consider fostering.
Foster carers come from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and ethnic groups. The most important criteria for becoming a foster carer is your ability toto provide a stable and loving home. Your sexuality, marital status, age and whether you own a home do not determine your suitability as a foster carer therefore will not impact your fostering application.
