TACT Cymru foster carer Marian and her former foster daughter Shannon appeared on ITV Wales to reflect on their experience together.
Shannon discusses feeling part of a family for the first time, while Marian pays tribute to Shannon who has blossomed into a “lovely, independent young woman”.
