TACT carer, Pearl, and TACT care leaver, Jahdan, spoke to The Guardian about their experience of fostering. Jahdan, who continues to live with Pearl through a Staying Put arrangement, paid tribute to Pearl’s warmth and patience, while Pearl discussed the fantastic progress that Jahdan has made.
