It is International Women’s Day so lets celebrate all the amazing, dedicated and caring women who foster and adopt vulnerable children and young people in care. Hundreds of children and young people who can no longer live with their families, are given brighter, happier futures thanks to wonderful TACT adopters and foster carers like Diane, Itiesha , Carol and Gemma, who provide loving homes and life-changing care for them.
