We also campaign on behalf of children and young people in care, carers and adoptive families and are a leading voice in the sector.
Our vision is to provide better lives for our children and young people.
This is a really exciting opportunity. We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to lead our newly created South Coast fostering service which operates from our office in Christchurch, close to Bournemouth. You will take a key role in applying to Ofsted for registration of the service, and become the Registered Manager.
You will also supervise a small team of Social Workers and an Administrator and support the growth of the service by effective recruitment of carers and building strong relationships with your Local Authority partners. We are looking for someone who is able to inspire others, is passionate and enthusiastic and committed to the eventual goal of achieving an Outstanding service.
You will be supported both by an experienced team of operational registered managers, excellent support services and a senior leadership team dedicated to taking the organisation forward.
