Job Title: Risk and Information Governance Officer 

Salary: £34,439 per annum (£33,689 per annum salary + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance)

Hours & Contract: 35 Hours per week - Permanent Role 

Location: Homebased anywhere in UK with with occasional travel for in person meetings and training

Overall Duties of the Risk and Information Governance Officer will include:

  • Implement and establish a clear risk management approach across the organisation
  • Implement and monitor Information Governance Policy, 
  • Manage key relationships with our regulators, including the Information Commissioner’s Office and National Data Guardian.
  • Balance and mitigate different Information Governance risks in accordance with organisational approaches and strategies.
  • Work with the External Data Protection Officer to manage and respond Information Governance Risks

The Risk and Information Governance Officer may be homebased within England, Scotland or Wales but will be required to travel to face-to-face meetings, training and team wellbeing events.

A Standard DBS clearance is required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.
