Digital Marketing Officer - TACT Connect

West Midlands (Homebased)

Fixed-Term (9 months) - Full time - 35 hours per week

Up to £33,363 (pro-rata) [£29,000 p.a. (pro-rata), Salary + £750 p.a. (pro-rata) Homeworking Allowance + £3,613 p.a. (pro-rata) London Weighting, if applicable]

We are looking for a hands-on, highly collaborative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join TACT’s Marketing and Recruitment team. This is an exciting new role with a specific focus on our innovate TACT Connect scheme for care experienced young people and adults.

The successful applicant will report to the Marketing and Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for raising awareness of TACT Connect both internally and externally using a wide range of digital channels. TACT Connect is a relatively new project and as such this will be a varied and fast paced role with a wide range of different activities and campaigns that encourage participation and generate new members.

Working closely with the TACT Connect Co-Ordinator and the rest of the Marketing team, you will deliver on a range of digital marketing activity including website management, content creation, email marketing and social media.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a digital marketing role. The Digital Marketing Officer should be educated to degree level with proven digital marketing and analytic skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Ultimately, we are seeking a digital all-rounder with a passion for the non-profit sector to help develop and deliver on our digital marketing strategy.

There are no geographical restrictions on the role, however you will be required to attend regular face-to-face meeting in the West Midlands (when lockdown restrictions permit).

TACT is a homebased workforce. We recognise the benefits that flexible home working creates for both the employer and the employee.

You will be occasionally required to attend meetings in the West Midlands.
