Marketing Assistant

West Midlands (Home-based but regularly required to attend meetings in the West Midlands)

Permanent - Full time - 35 Hours Per Week

£19,800 pa + £750 Home Working Allowance pa

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Marketing Assistant to join TACT’s Marketing and Recruitment team, who are based in the West Midlands.

Your role will be fast-paced and varied, as part of TACT’s Marketing and Recruitment team you will support all aspects of our digital marketing strategy to increase foster carer recruitment and retention.

We need a go-getter who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have at least one year’s marketing experience with a passion for the non-profit sector.

Day to day you will be getting involved in a variety of tasks related to the recruitment and retention of foster carers. From supporting on digital campaigns designed to generate enquiries from prospective foster carers, through to creating communications for approved foster carers.

As this is a home-based role, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and a confident communicator. There are no geographical restrictions on the role, however you will be required to attend regular face-to-face meeting in the West Midlands (when lockdown restrictions permit).

You will be regularly required to attend meetings in the West Midlands.
