West Midlands (Home-based)

Permanent - Full time - 35 Hours Per Week

£26,100 pa + £750 Home Working Allowance pa

We are looking for a hands-on, highly collaborative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join TACT’s Marketing and Recruitment team, who are based in the West Midlands.

Reporting to the Digital Activity Manager, you will deliver on a range of digital marketing campaigns and activity including SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing. Your role will be fast-paced and varied as you work alongside the Marketing and Recruitment team to increase foster carer recruitment and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working within a digital marketing role. You should be educated to degree level with proven digital marketing and analytic skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Ultimately, we are seeking a digital all-rounder with a passion for the non-profit sector to help develop and deliver on our digital marketing strategy.

There are no geographical restrictions on the role, however you will be required to attend regular face-to-face meeting in the West Midlands (when lockdown restrictions permit).

Working from Home

You will be regularly required to attend meetings in the West Midlands.
