52 Weeks - An introduction to the Public Law Outline
The Public Law Outline (PLO) will replace the Protocol for Judicial Case Management in Public Law Children Act cases with effect from April 2008. The PLO aims to reduce unnecessary delay and to put the child at the centre of care proceedings by promoting better co-operation between all the agencies involved.
