TACT joined together with Parents for Children in March 2009. If you are looking for information about 'Family Ties', it is now part of TACT. Please note that Family Ties was formerly known as the Phyllis Holman Richards Adoption Society, and, originally, the Memorial Centre of Help for Babies, it was active from around 1942 to 1998.
