Outreach and Contact

Our Outreach Support service is aimed at young people who are at risk of becoming or are already 'looked after' by the Local Authority. Our aim is to support young people to remain in their families wherever possible.

We offer this service to Local Authorities to support young people and their carers in a variety of ways. This may be when a young person is:

  • Out of school
  • At risk of offending or drug use
  • Becoming independant
  • In need of support with education, life skills or parenting skills.
  • Identified as having special needs eg physical disability, learning or behavioural difficulties

The Team also offer:

  • Supervised contact and associated reports (we can provide a suitable venue for this to happen)
  • Police checked transportation and escorting services

We offer a service which is individually tailored and contracted to meet the needs of each individual or family's needs and which offers high quality standards both from staff and to service users.
