Getting it Right for Every Child
We have recently opened our first office in Scotland and have now approved our first foster carers from our office in Edinburgh. Our staff are all social work qualified with local knowledge and experience. We fully support the Scottish Government’s commitment to ‘Getting it Right for Every Child’ and its shared approach to:
- Build solutions with and around children and families
- Enable children to get the help they need when they need it
- Support a positive shift in culture, systems and practice
- Working together to make things better
The specific vision for Scotland’s children of being safe, healthy, achieving, nurtured, active, respected, responsible and included is one very much in line with TACT’s own vision, mission and value statement and we’ll work hard to ensure this vision is translated within our fostering services.
