It is Foster Care Fortnight and TACT is taking the opportunity to celebrate its wonderful foster carers who come from a diverse range of backgrounds, circumstances and age groups, but have one very important thing in common – their commitment to providing vulnerable children and young people in care with stable and loving homes.
