In late 2008, TACT expanded its range of work and opened a new external affairs department. As well as providing fostering and adoption services we now seek to raise awareness and understanding of issues facing those in care and their carers. TACT’s external affairs department works to influence public opinion through the media and through our campaigning work. Much of this work is based on TACT's policy and research, which can be located here.
